The contract of use between you and b.tree APP is entered upon the registration. As a user of b.tree APP you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the general terms and conditions, the terms of usage and the data privacy statement. Both sides are entitled to terminate the contract of use without stating reason or without observing a notice period.
We reserve the right to modify our service without prior notice, limit the access or suspend/terminate it.
Our services can contain urls or links to external websites on whose content we do not have a influence, therefore we cannot guarantee for these contents. The responsibility of those sites lies wholly on the side of the operators. No unlawful contents were in evidence at the time the links were created. A permanent monitoring of all the linked external sites is not plausible and without concrete evidence of infringements it is also not reasonable. Whenever we become aware of such infringements, these contents will be removed immediately.
We are adamant about the rights of third parties concerning graphics, photos, pictures and/or texts. In case there is such content found on our platform, the existence of such a right was not apparent on the time of use. In case of such a unintentional copyright infringement the operator will, after the notification of the owner of the protective rights, remove the content immediately or provide the corresponding copyright information.
The service provided by b.tree APP is currently free of charge in the BASIC version but we reserve the right to change this to a pay to use service. No claims of damage will result in such a transition.
All information and content on this platform is protected by copyright and are not to be transferred, converted, reproduced, duplicated or transcribed without our written consent.
Should individual provisions of the conditions become entirely or partly invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The invalid or unfeasible provision or open loophole will be replaced by another appropriate provision, if legally possible, that comes closest to the economic objective of the company. The same goes with eventual regulatory changes.
